After completing the weekly challenge of giving 5 commendations and seeing that the task had been completed, after traveling to The Tower and going to Hawthrone, I am unable to claim the reward. It displays the text and prompts me to accept it (A for controller and Enter for keyboard) but no button I press collects, though I am still able to close the tab and get Hawthrone's typical screen of raid banners and the Last Wish deepsight quest.
