Posted previously with this issue—ran Spire again solo ensuring there were no checkpoints and completed it all in one sitting without any error codes or leaving the dungeon (and had my fireteam set to invite only). It still didn't award The Magnificent One. Dev team, please note that there may be an issue with the triumph. Thanks for the great game :)
