yeah its not on u been happening to me as well even changed os still no luck our accounts are frozen in that instance till bungie resolves the issue, multiple posts including my own have gotten large community support upwards of 20 votes. Still no response from a moderator or staff to help out with this issue.

Yes, it's a bit nonsense that Bungie does not give a -blam!- about this, they can't even put a response here that hey guys, we are aware of this issue and we are investigating, when the Lightfall comes out, you'll be able to play again. Even that's better than saying nothing and giving no -blam!-... very, very disappointed...

Fixing problems are one thing, putting out at least the usual message of "thanks for reporting this, we know about it, and already working on to fix it" + updating the known issues topic, is another.
