I pre-ordered lightfall annual pass and I didnt get any of my pre-order stuff, so I'm confused as to why it wont give me the quicksilver or even the emote. I did check the monument to see if I could pull out quicksilver but it just brings me back to the pre-order page, everytime I click on it, it just shows me the timer until it can be played and that's it
