overload le monarque doesnt stop health regen on overload champions
not sure what the issue is here, but ive been trying to do a master lost sector and my monarque stuns champs, but even though i keep shooting them they start regening. is this supposed to be like this? i know that overload mods stop regening if you keep shooting an overload champ, but does this not work on bows?
