Requiring precise aim, high charge time (a function that no other primary has to deal with), and good positioning so as to not get caught out while nocking an arrow. Le monarque has a role in the metagame, and that is high teamshot damage. A bigger issue is things like loreley splendor allowing you to pop a barricade and then get a damage buff strong enough to one shot to the head with le monarque. The bow on it's own is really just annoying, not so much "the problem".

33 OdpowiedziBows themselves are OP. And have been for a while. If you’re good at peak shooting, bows are a 2 shot scout rifle. They just haven’t really caught on despite that.

Yup, Lemon is strong, and as I mentioned in the other post I strongly believe that no primary should be able to one-shot with or without damage buffs. It needs to be toned down in that department, but in the end it’s still a bow. So few of them are competitive in PvP because of how clunky they are, which is why people who prefer bows will gravitate towards Lemon Arc even if the poison or damage numbers were reduced. If bows as a whole were as OP as some comments in this and the other thread would suggest, we’d simply see more people using them effectively. That’s not an opinion, it’s just the way it is. They have strong damage numbers, but evidence of balance is there otherwise they wouldn’t remain one of the lowest used primary types in the game.

1 OdpowiedźI’m with you, we should just remove all other guns in PVP and only have Hand cannons and shotguns. We should also 20% more boxes to stages so Hand cannons can peak shoot from any position.

Takes multiple, charged up shots to kill or needs to be used alongside an ability to be able to one shot, takes up the exotic slot & severely limits the ability to use a special weapon. In a game where people can use special weapons to ohk at will and Even use weapons which can track & kill across the map in a single shot without even aiming.
