Nova Bomb in tier 4=Obvious Hunter Bias.
There's no way in tartarus you think Nova Bomb is more powerful than Silence and Squall in PvP and then you mention buffing Silence and Squall and making it last EVEN LONGER? With no mention of a buff to Nova Bombs radius to be on par with Thundercrash and improving its travel speed?
Haven't been this sick since you randomly buffed Withering Blade to deal 90 damage in Chosen 🤢

I've run through S&S with Arcstrider. You flash freeze and break out with your super. I've been frozen twice by the same S&S super - and still got through it. Bottom tree Nova bomb is 💩. I've thrown it at people right in front of me, and they just keep coming while the nova flies right by them. It's happened more than once. The vortex seems to be a lot smaller as well.

Also they literally said that they will be shifting things around as things go on. This is just a starting point. Not to mention that void 3.0 is coming, so they maybe just be preparing some changes to Nova Bomb.
