Disable shatterdive until the nerf

31 OdpowiedziI say remove all classes, make everyone the same. Same stats, same supers, same abilities, same everything. Then maybe people will finally stop crying because they got outplayed...by someone jumping... Ok we can get rid of shatterdive when titans and locks... -Lose their OHK melees -Have their speed nerfed since theyre faster than hunters -Have their super overshields removed since hunters dont have those either -Have their op exotics nerfed like dunemarchers and stag -and many other things about titans and locks that will have needed adjustment for a long time Or, and i know this is a stretch, but yall could put down the shottys and get some gun skill rather than acting like youre allergic to range and then get mad because you get countered because your tactics are crap and you expect your shotty to be a free kill machine and want no one else to know how to jump 🤷♂️ i know its a stretch but hey, give it a shot, try some real gun skill and tactics and not that old school call of duty crap But the pathetic tears have been seen, those childish cries have been heard, shatterdive is being nerfed in december, abilities as a whole will be nerfed as bungie says theyre going to focus more on gunplay vs ability play so hunters are dead, again. Ive already switched back to my warlock so i can have all the OP exotics that nobody ever talks about, my titan will be just an extra character for raids if they ever make raids worth doing, and will be letting my hunter collect dust, again. Imagine a game based on space magic, where the entire community begs to have the space magic removed because they cant shotgun ape for free anymore 🙃 if bungie doesnt kill this game in the next 3yrs the community will.

Yeh, funny how Shatterdives been broken for months and nothing's done, yet dunemarchers break for a week or 2 and they're getting nerfed already, bungie is on their knees for hunters and anyone who disagrees is dumb

12 OdpowiedziFair enough I suppose. But in that case, can we disable dunemarchers as well? Oh and Knockout melee. And the Stasis Warlock super. And DMT. And Lorentz. And Stag. Oh, while we’re at it, let’s disable desperado until it gets nerfed. Each and every one of these things is just as oppressive as Shatterdive, and most are just as easy to use. I get that shatterdive may be one of the most annoying things to play against, but it’s arguably no less harmful than any of these. You don’t see -blam!- about those needing to be disabled, but mark my words the second shatterdive goes away people will be crying about one of them next. Destiny PvP isn’t fair or balanced. It isn’t meant to be. And we all know, the honeymoon phase of the shatterdive nerf isn’t going to last long before people like you are moaning about the next cheesy thing that kills you. You want a fair and balanced game? Go play something else.

Bungie releases a broken ability for the hunter. It stays in the game for 9-10 months. Dunemarchers are a little broken, bungie nerfs immediately. Stop giving hunters everything that can break pvp. Changes are hard to come by because the downvotes will keep them suppressed longer. It takes a miracle to get something for a hunter changed and warlocks or Titan get changed overnight

Only if cryoclasim is also disabled. The problem is shatter damage, stasis crystals and glacial grenades. If you do the math glacial deal 275-400 damage over a 15-18 meter area.

Shatterdive isnt the issue. It's the way the grenade interacts with the fragments. I can get behind disabling the glacial wall in pvp. Good hunters use shatterdive as a escape tool not just a free kill button.
