Although I have run Vault of Glass only 15 times (not including cheese runs) and still haven't gotten Vex Mythoclast, I don't mind not getting. I don't care for the weapon. On the other side, my friend has ran it 26 times (again not counting cheese runs) and she still doesn't have it and wants it badly.
The community is slowly draining of willing participants to raid with us. We practically have to bribe our friend group just so we can have a clean run that won't last more than two hours. It has stopped being fun and begun in chore territory. Try after try she is feeling more and more defeated having to see all our friends get it (sometimes multiple drops in that time-frame for one person). Clinging onto the false hope of "Bad Luck Protection" is our last resort.
Why don't we have a guaranteed drop rate after a number of runs? Why not after 12 or how ever many runs of VoG (or any raid in fact) have a 100% drop rate for the exotic on that run? Then we can finally play it when we want to, not because we have to.

Best of luck but just heads up I know someone who took 103 runs to get eyes personally I'm at 49 clears with no eyes, so yea definitely agree make a cap I would put it at 20 clears

RNJesus didn't bless you yet.

3 OdpowiedziDon't worry eventually it will be in the kiosk, not to mention it isn't that great

9 Odpowiedzi26x is not a lot - throughout the history of D2, there have been people who ran raids 100x and maybe getting 1kv/Anarchy/Tarrabah/No Time to Explain, etc. Having guaranteed drop rates would be a slap in the face to those of us who put in the work, be it great RNG or bad RNG - just like what Bungie did when they essentially gave away the toast emote. 6% is the probability of getting any raid exotic per character per week. I don't know if they instituted this in VoG, but in DSC, it's supposed to increase steadily, but it really doesn't, so there's that. If you have trouble finding people, LFG - if you're like me and you don't like to LFG, join a clan. I've been apart of clans that run it multiple times weekly, and I still don't see the raid slowing down. Too many challenges for it to be dry already.

I loved the way they did Garden for the Divinity. One completion, and a quest line - that’s how all of the raids should be. I’m still scarred from running DsC 87times just for Eyes of tomorrow. Their should be a middle ground with all the raids.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Oddball: 7/17/2021 2:30:24 PMI just want them to remove the exotic requirement from the titles. After getting everything I needed for Descendant (apart from eyes) to be ready on day 1, it took me a further 30 looted clears to get the exotic and thus the seal. I'm at 21/23 for Fatebreaker and it looks like the story will be repeating itself. Put the work in to do all of the challenges as they come up? Too bad, you weren't lucky enough to deserve the title.

3 OdpowiedziI got the Last Wish sparrow after 85+ attempts. Then they just gave the damn thing away. RNG should definitely be removed from titles.

1 OdpowiedźI too am 26-0. This is the longest I've had to wait for a Raid exotic... although until I reach 50-0 its not the longest I've had to wait for a weapon.
-
7 OdpowiedziGet rid of raid exotic RNG. Instead, make it so the only way to obtain a raid exotic is by completing the flawless raid triumph for that raid.
-
4 OdpowiedziI'm only still trying to get it just for the Seal...because of course there's still rng attached to a raid seal.
-
2 OdpowiedziAll raid exotics should be like divinity quest plain and simple. Putting it behind RnG like that, is just stupid. Some will have 40+ runs and still not see it.
-
1 OdpowiedźNah I like it to be rare. If I didn't have vex to chase I wouldn't play VoG as I have pretty much everything else I want. The pursuit of loot is the game for me.
-
4 OdpowiedziIf it was guarantted after such a low number of clears then it would lose its value. However i do agree that it shouldnt be mandatory for titles.

6 OdpowiedziI’m ok with items being very rare, in fact I like it.
