Just want to see what other people say. Honestly I chose warlock only because the default warlock on the screen in d1 looked like Star Lord from Guardians of the Galaxy😂! Otherwise I’d be a hunter main right now... so glad I chose warlock tho. What about y’all?

Hunter space cowboy hip-firing hand cannons. Cool, that's for me!!!
-
"The universe bends to your will. Manipulate its energies to annihilate your foes." "Hurl an explosive bolt of Void Light at the enemy, disintegrating those caught in its blast." Knew absolutely nothing about the game when I downloaded the beta. These 2 flavor texts in the character creation screen sold me on warlock.
-
I picked Titan because back in the D1 days when I was young I thought the bigger something was the better and more powerful it was lol
-
Mjolnir-wannabe armor was the only reason I chose Titan over Hunter. Little did my 14-year-old self know that he had chosen my true-to-life video game personification. Man I miss D1 Titan gear. (GuardianGames2020Repeat!)

3 OdpowiedziDestiny was the first real video game I had ever played in my entire life. Looking back all I remember is coming home from school to play Destiny. I remember like it was yesterday. I received an Xbox one for my birthday, and with it: the video game Destiny. I tried it and was absolutely in love. The story, the gameplay, dialogue, no matter what happened, I loved it. And I still do to this very day. But to answer your question: I chose warlock. If I’m being completely honest, I don’t really remember why. I was just glad to be apart of this epic saga, and hopefully all future ones as well. I’m not a streamer, nor a youtuber. I am just a guy who loves a game very much. I don’t make money from Destiny, or any other games for that matter. I did however gain something of far more value: some of the only friends I have ever had. To this very day, I play destiny with the same people almost every day. We have been playing since we met on Planet Mars, whileist completing our dark drinker questes of course. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about how lucky I am that my parents chose that one game out of the thousands of more popular games at the time from the store. It was a one in a million chance that I played destiny. I’m glad it turned out the way it did.

Warlock was my choice as I can trace it back to the 80’s and playing Gauntlet as a wizard, never looking back.
-
Warlock because Coats and goddamn space magic
-
Started warlock because I like mages but moved to hunter because they’re so badass
-
Because when i started d1 i tought hunters were the only ones capable of usilng handcanons XD
-
I chose warlock because space magic.... hunter main now though because cloaks (though D2 falls well short on that front compared to D1)
-
Because space wizard
-
2 OdpowiedziI love Warhammer 40k, and the Titan is the closest thing to a space marine. I even try to emulate chapter colors as best as I can.
-
Titan. I wanted a regular solider class. Nothing to crazy. I saw that they were built for war so I picked that. I created a hunter during the spring 2015. Prior to HoW. I always wanted to wear a cape and liked the gameplay better. I didn't make a warlock until after taken king. Destiny 2 I made a hunter first. Felt the most attached to that class. I made a titan and a warlock but they've been neglected for a while.
-
honestly I think chose titan first because of the hammer of sol super and liked PvP. but the fact the my old binary phoenix crucible armour was sunset made me wanna yeet myself off of the peak of the infinite forest gateway on mercury. but soon after I got bored of being a titan and so I became a hunter main.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Mighty Shisno: 3/10/2021 1:00:32 AMI chose Titan because I've always liked the soldier-type class in other games. Even in the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, my first class I played was the Human Soldier. My all-time favorite was the N7 Destroyer (another soldier-type class). EDIT Not to mention that Titan jumping still has the closest feel to the jetpack from Halo: Reach.

1 OdpowiedźI wanted to punch everything and fist of havoc appealed to me back during d1 release
-
Bubble bro. I thought it was the coolest thing.
-
My main was a titan for all of D1 and the first year of D2. When I first started, the “tank” characters were my thing in almost everything I played. It wasn’t until Forsaken that I changed to a warlock main. I was casually using the warlock and just messing around but was really enjoying it. So, here we are. 🤘🏻
-
My first main was a warlock because the people I played with were all either hunters or titans and we needed a warlock to start the oracle cheese in VoG lol

Back in 2014 I was in 7th grade, picked up the game cause a friend told me to. I chose Titan because I thought that was the only way you could choose to be an exo. Stopped playing cause I had no idea what I was doing, I had no Xbox Live Gold, and my friend never played with me. Fast forward to 2016 and I hop back in cause I saw a Sir Dimetrious video. (That and I finally had a copy of it for Xbox One instead of 360). The only game I really played before that was Halo, damn near all the time. Jumped on and picked Hunter cause of the Gunslinger, fits my play style. I play on my own all the time, and if I miss crits I die inside. Fell in love with the game within a few days of playtime. Been a Gunslinging Hunter ever since.

Gunslinger, thats all.

I remember my friends describing all the classes to me and I just found Warlock to be the most appealing. I really liked the idea of being a mage type class, but I had yet to play a game where I actually enjoyed the way the magic class played. So the idea of that kind of arcane and mystic type of class in a shooter from the makers of Halo where the guns were more of the main focus than the abilities themselves felt to me like I could get that mage type experience without it feeling as underwhelming as other games I’ve played. That and I liked the aesthetic of the Warlock the most. Titan felt to me like Master Chief with super powers, and Hunters felt like a classic rogue class with a cape. But genius space wizards that wore trench coats and holographic arm bands? That was way more interesting to me. I eventually made a Hunter and a Titan as well, and I understand why people like them. But nothing’s ever gonna pull me away from being a Warlock main.
-
I made on of each class and played around a little in the beginning area, Started with a warlock thought having a focus with the "magic" aspect of the game was pretty cool. Then I tried hunter and didn't think much about them. Finally I spawned in as a titan, pressed the melee button and was a die hard titan main after that.
-
Hunter because cloaks

In D1 I chose a warlock because at the time I was obssed with magic but after about not playing destiny for about 5 years I decided to get d2 and chose the titan since I grew to love tanking damage and dealing it out
