After transfer, I had the message that I successfully transfered but I couldn't find my character and Licence. Wenn I logged with steam ID , I had to create a new charakter, I thought that it was just tutorial. And I created but after that I couldn't find my old characters and licence. From Steam customer service, it is not their charge so I ask here. I don't wanna lose my time, I mean Items, characters and also licence. if someone has same issue with me, please help me though.
