Heir Apparent Where?
Why was Heir Apparent removed from the Exotic Kiosk? The weapon is not disabled, nor is it any more special than any of the other exotics in the list similar to say fourth horseman or the likes. I just don't understand why it was removed?

They removed it so that it could only be obtained from events. If you didn't get it within the first 3 days of the expansion, then you need to wait for it to come back via in-game events

To recycle it as an event reward later on
