Pre Order Bonuses Only show on One Platform
I pre ordered beyond light on both xbox and PC, with PC being my vector for getting the deluxe edition content. I have noticed that on Xbox, I was unable to pick up my post campaign rewards such as NTTE, its ornament, and the catalyst. I had to log onto PC in order to obtain those as well as my access to the paid area of the season pass. I'm also unable to access that ornament on xbox despite it being equipped on the gun. Any remedies to this?

Licenses are tied to the platform where they were purchased, so the Exo Stranger only offering you No Time To Explain while accessing your account on the platform where you own either the 'Standard + Season Edition' or 'Deluxe Edition' of the Beyond Light expansion is expected behavior.
