Felwinter's Lie does not appear in the Collections tab
1. Completed Felwinter's Lie quest-line
2. Received the weapon from the Moon bunker
3. Checked \Collections\Weapons\Special\Shotguns\
4. Felwinter's Lie is not available to be re-acquired in the event that it is deleted

Bungie couldn't make a fix that is bug-free if their lives depended on it.
