Don't post super often, but I thought I'd jump on during this season to offer a bit of feedback on my favorite set of armor and weapons.
Bungie, consider giving the IKELOS armor access to the warmind mods and granting IKELOS weapons the same benefits as the Seraph weapons.
Aesthetically, I love the IKELOS armor and weapons. And I would say the weapons still have some viable perk options in the newer sandboxes despite being fixed.
It would be cool if IKELOS armor could take on mods allowing for the generation of warmind cells, and if the weapons from the set could do the same as the Seraph ones. I don't think weapon rolls would even need to be reworked! In lieu of the potential of weapon retirement, I would love it if those four weapons could remain relevant!

Nah . How about updating the game with new shit
-
ya next season you can buy the ikelos ornaments for your seraph gear.
-
2 OdpowiedziNah man, Bungo too busy updating the Eveverse armour.
-
I said this at the beginning of the season. Not updating the ikelos weapons was a missed opportunity.
-
This is a public service announcement
-
The seraph weapons aren’t even creating any cells right now
-
Of course they will! It requires minimal effort and it's "content" at the same time!
-
There's alot of stuff that needs to be updated, not just Ikelos items.
-
2 OdpowiedziOkay, consider this: the IKELOS Shotgun and Sniper had their previously unique perks nerfed, and then extended to many other weapons. The IKELOS smg is in the much the same scenario, except it's unique perk was just garbage to begin with. What if the perks on the Shotgun and Sniper were returned to their pre-nerf states, while the SMG gains a new (but similar) perk that grants a better reward upon busting an enemy shield. Maybe just give it "Ikelos Armaments" and have it refill your grenade energy whenever you destroy a shield with the SMG weapon (combing Demolitionist and the Armament mods).

I know Bungie has a hard on for making our old gear irrelevant, but I wish they’d do the opposite. I’d absolutely love to put mods on my old raid weapons. Granted Leviathan is the only raid I enjoy to do. Keep everything that we earn relevant. That’ll be incentive for them to get creative and come out with new weapon and perks.
-
1 Odpowiedźjust make it and all the y1 d2 gear ornaments already; no justifiable reason that we should have to reearn those sets if we already have them in our collections.

Edytowany przez użytkownika SpacemanSpff434: 4/16/2020 11:52:27 AMWe at Bungie don’t want to say no, we feel it could spread a negative vibe in our gaming community. Instead, let us say “nah bruh” Dmg
-
would prefer they make the armor an ornament, then you could put it on whatever's current. the weapons I will never delete for I still remember the pain involved in getting them, besides there good weapons
-
2 OdpowiedziNo! How about retire it instead?
-
1 OdpowiedźWhy would Bungie do anything logically like that?
-
3 OdpowiedziIdk why with this season they didn’t just reintroduce the weapons from the DLC with newer Ikelos themed ones for the weapon types missing. I mean they brought back most of the CoO weapons but none of the warmind ones? I don’t understand Bungie sometimes 🤦♂️ Especially considering lore wise Ikelos weapons were designed by Rasputin for us and aren’t just old weapons like the Seventh Seraph ones 🤷♂️
-
Far too much work. Gonna need you to temper those expectations.
-
3 OdpowiedziI couldn't believe what the season pass armor looked like. Why they didn't do an updated EP armor set instead boggles my mind. Until i remember Bungo only has the laziest developers working on the game right now.
-
2 OdpowiedziThat Ikelos Shotgun was fun for a bit. Didnt it get nerfed?
-
Not gonna happen.
-
Instead of upgrading old armor. We should have multiple sets of new armor.
-
Edytowany przez użytkownika Roryrekr: 4/16/2020 3:02:38 AMAll Armor should have access to the new mods! We lose all our hard earned armor for this new system due to the lack of space or content relevance and somehow bungie didn’t think it was a good idea to give all newly obtained armor these mods. Bungie, your decision making befuddles me sometimes. Bungie: “How can we piss off our customers now. Let’s bring in a new mod system but only give it to some of the armor.” What’s next? “ lets make all that armor eventually obsolete.” Moohahahaa. Look, I love this game but there are just a few decisions made by Bungie that make me want to smack my head against a wall. Bungie, look at cod’s weapon system. It is an extremely enjoyable and filling progression system. I start with a weapon, I upgrade the weapon, I keep my upgrades and I eventually unlock my God roll. but I can change that weapon to any upgrade I want, only having one weapon taken up one space as opposed to three different roles of the same weapon taking up limited space. Got a bit off track. Only reason I play this game it’s because of years of investment and I want to know more about the story i love (INGAME!) Stop shitting on my progression. Stop wasting resources on pointless things like the help bar during transit load screens, I bet someone could’ve made an in game barbershop in time you spent on that thing. Anyway rant ova Death to Eververse
-
Nah theyre just going to retire them instead...
-
2 OdpowiedziShotgun is still a great weapon. The SMG is ok and the sniper is meh. I made 3 different energy types of the SMG when they announced locked energy types was coming. Lol I never use them. Your point about armor is valid though. Would be nice to sport a set of that again and use the mods that actually make a build or at least make them ornaments to sport.
-
That's a good idea but its bungie logic to flip an idea and make it worse
-
Would be cool if we could use upgrade modules to upgrade year 1 armor to year two since bungee doesn’t wanna get rid of upgrade muddles. And this is a stretch but maybe they could just take enhancement cores out of infusion and lower planetary material amounts needed to infuse... ...but not getting my hopes up on any changes.
