I have the same issue. My season pass is currently at 97, yet I've never been able to buy any of the Point Defense System things where the bunker is cleared by Rasputin, and that requires Season pass rank 32. Two days ago I was able to buy the Seventh Seraph Si-2 sidearm from the EDZ bunker, but now I can't buy the revolver because it says "Season pass rank 92 perk required", and again, my rank is at 97.

I was thinking this might be addressed by now, but we are talking about slow and steady Bungie... Oh well, I guess I just keep on the hurry up and wait train until it's fixed/addressed.

So you may be able to access everything from the character used to unlock the EDZ bunker initially. I happened to unlock the bunker on my titan, but had mostly been playing my hunter and warlock since then. I just went back on my titan, and was able to buy the hand cannon. I could also get the point defense system upgrade things if desired. Try all your characters and see!

That's weird because my main is my Titan and I know I unlocked everything on my Titan. I can't access that on him though. I switched to my Hunter and then was about to get the Hand Cannon. The only thing I can think of is I maybe unlocked the Season Rank 92 on my Hunter and that is why for me....
