Hi, i couldn´t find where to submit my ticket if you guys have that stuff so i posted here. I bought the current season pass and i just reached the Pants ornament at rank 67 and after unlocking it from the inventory, it didn´t appear in my ornaments. I tried restarting the game and it didn´t work, i hope this gets fixed since i rly like the ornament. I´ll be waiting for a reply :)
