Well you can always just give the new player a heads up on mechanics?
“Grab the white stuff the boss spits out”
“Stand next to the box in the sky and shoot it”
“Pick up the taken strength”
Really it’s not rocket science it just takes someone to literally give them a heads up about the mechanic before it starts lol...

My team Made a joke that we was getting sick and throwing Up. So callouts ranged from /baby’s puking, fishy, little guppy Regardless Our little guy was getting sick and not telling us where he threw up

I always think that whoever I'm taking through the raid can get that through their head, but then we wipe when the boss spits the voltaic overflow and is like "I can't follow the boss around when there are enemies shooting at us!" and I cringe really hard
