Thank all streamrs, they are the best thing that has ever happened to this game. I mean, I love the fact that this game went from D1 that has plenty of loot worth spending the time acquioring to D2, come play Destiny and "create your killing machine" and spend most of your time grinding old gear wondering where the actual new loot is for a looter shooter because the developer cries that creating content is too hard.
Man, I miss the key devs that had a vision of what Destiny could have been until the higher-ups decided to chop up the game. D2 was a train wreck from the day it released.

Yes. Exactly this ^ I got into D1 because of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSWN-VP0lD8 I didn't really consider D1 a grind. Hard to explain but it just seemed to have more purposeful adventure. D2 is just grinding repetitive chores to upgrade stuff to put in your vault with no purpose or adventure worth caring about.

Bungie is great at making things look good selling any DLC even the skybox does a great job, but coming through with how they present this game is far from it nowadays. I bought D1 base game and the first 2 expansions because I knew Bungie's work from Halo. I have all of them even 343's. I mean Halo campaigns were fun and still are that they are worth running every now and then. Halo had a complete story, great artwork, fun PvP. What could go wrong right? 😄 After The Taken King pre-order I learned my lesson to never pre-order from this company ever again especially with D2. Wait until a discount comes along because there really isn't anything in this game to cause the "FOMO". How could they be when Bungie is barely offering anything and when I look at other companies that make a looter shooter and then look at Bungie? 🤦♂️

Until you realize this time each and ever season is just a huge package of FOMO. You pay 10 dollars only to lose the content you spent ten dollars to play. The way they made this years seasons is to make you fear missing out on playing the new content by taking it away at the end of the season.

I use to feel that way back in D1 but caught on to Bungie's nonsense real quick. D2 has been a mess since launch, then forsaken came out and things were better but soon after things went right back to the way they were and now things are worse. Overall, Bungie tought me to never trust their words so I stopped pre-ordering from them right after Ttk. They don't put effort into the game anymore and they cry about how content is too hard to create. So yeah...
