Anyone else think the Finishing moves idea was a waste of time?
Personally feel like the time they've put into these could have been better used elsewhere.
Like yeah some of them look kinda cool, but how practical are they going to be?
For what they're worth I'd rather not have them and the time have been invested in things like better armour designs and better weapon designs.
Anyone else feel they're going to be a waste?

7 OdpowiedziJust another waste of time money grab. So now with every season we will have. 1) 10 new useless ships. 2) 15 new useless sparrows. 3) 5 new useless emotes 4) 6 new useless finishing moves. 5) 5 new useless ghost. 6) 15 new useless ghost projections. 7) 4 new useless shaders.

3 OdpowiedziWould rather they build integrated LFG systems so people can find strike teams in game. THe vast amount of players in this game are Solo players, and its made raid completion stats a joke when most of the community never completed 1, let alone even attempted them. And of the CURRENT player base like... only 1/2 of them ever did MORE than 1-2 raids.

We have to see what they do with it first. Personally, giving your whole team heavy ammo in trade of super energy sounds great in a pve setting. This may or may not break gambit even more... I like that not only are you killing the forces of darkness, but you are doing it in style. If you give it more points in a nightfall then it may be a good way to rack up points instead of just modifying it to be harder.

I consider finishing moves to be a great addition to the trinity of melee, grenade, and class abilities. Now we have at least one more ability that will add variety to the flow of combat.

Nah I’m really keen to try them out. Bungie nailed the emotes, I can see this being a similar deal.

We don't know how much of team team was designated to that. I think this is a great way to add to the power fantasy people are clamouring for without actually making things much easier.

An overly used trope in different mediums to emphasize power in a clenched fist attack. Like do I really have to look at my hand to make sure it's there in order to punch the enemy?

Why does the Titan have to look at his fist before punching?!. It's so stupid. Nobody gives their fist a quick glance mid punch! Bungie is made of nerds who can't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

3 OdpowiedziI'd also throw emotes, sparrows, jumpships and ghosts in there. None of those things matter and the amount of disk space that garbage is using is starting to add up. I'd prefer more maps for crucible or more strikes.

yeah, finishing move sounds super stupid. I think my finishing move just might be to not buy shadowkeep...but I probably will...and be right back on here asking why am I still playing this game...especially when they just bring crap back that I already paid for...D1
