Needing help from a bungie support tech do to solstice armor

9 OdpowiedziHi Hemp46! The Solstice of Heroes event is over for the year. Unfortunately if you were unable complete quests or armor in a timely manner, there's nothing that can be done.

3 OdpowiedziHere is what I’ve gathered from your other post, and from the comments in reply to others: •You claim you were banned on PSN itself throughout the near-entirety of Solstice, right until the second-to-last day. -I can clearly see activity on your account from between 7/27 (Solstice Begin Date), which oddly shows a staggering amount of Forge runs, some that seem to have been run at the same time. I thought it was a glitch on my app, but opening the same history on a browser showed the same exact thing, and I also see some activity at the European [b]AERIAL[/b] Zone on 8/8, and also 8/19. Question: do you have any emails or screenshots that can prove any length of time you were banned off PSN?
