Are you able to claim the Wolves Unleashed emblem from the Destiny app?
I'm on vacation right now and I won't be able to play till the 19th so I'm not able to check if I got it since the companion app isn't showing anything.
It might be that it just doesn't show but I'll just leave this here if otherwise.
