Is it really fair to just assume the people killing you are less skilled than you? I mean...they're killing you. I've been killed plenty of times by Luna but I've also 1v1'd plenty of people with Luna and won, and I'm pretty average I think (1.58 efficiency rating, idk what the cutoff for average is lol). You could just as easily make a case for Bygones or Dust Rock being op, I just think a decent chunk of the players who worked through the Luna's quest are probably just more used to/generally pretty good at PVP.

1. Yes there is little to no skillgap in pvp. 2. No the Luna or NF doesn't make you a good player and are in no way too powerful. It's just the rest of the handcannons sucks on console.(due to bloom) 3. Snipers are fine, only need more ammo, and could have Even more flinch. You can't complain about no skillgap and ask for less flinch..

Im sorry you are saying people that are "clearly less skilled" than you are outgunning you with a nf or a lh? If they are outgunning you they are clearly better than you. It is extremely easy to outgun a bad player who uses a nf or a lunas

" Um, which is how Luna and NF kill you...I never fret when I see a lobby of Luna, in fact, I welcome it. It just means I can pull out my pulse and stay at distance and get easy kills all day. It's all about strategy and playing smart but if you shotgun rush the whole match...yeah, your probably going to lose. Reading thenrestmtells.me that you believe you are a better player than you are...not trying to be rude but the things you are saying are not indicative of a top tier player. Sometimes people beat you because they are bettwr or because you make mistakes. It isn't always because they have an overpowered gun or something is wrong with the game. If people looked in the mirror once in a while, they might actually find that they can improve more.

Another thing if 2 people are shooting you they are the better team. Team shooting is a big factor in we inning not running around looking to 1v1.

Luna's and nf can't kill you if they can't see you. Pop into cover when you get hit and decide whether or not it's worth fighting them from where you're at. Just kidding but shotguns have always been the go to weapon. In d1 this was the case and it's still the case now. In d1 it was conspiracy theory. Now it's dust rock. The way bungie has their weapon set up has made it so shotguns are the most used, mostly because they're the easiest to use. You can play around them though. I play at a range so shotgun have to aggressively push me to take me out. And because they have to do that to kill me, I have to look at my radar a lot, watching out for the red. I was just playing crucible yesterday with some friends. I think out of all the matches we played we found two grenade spams using the tonic. In two separate games. That was it. No teams of six running all arcstrider and skips. I still have yet to encounter that. I don't even use the tonic in quickplay. I play my arcstrider yes but I only throw one skip or arcbolt at a time. Competitive is a whole different ball game. People in comp will do whatever they can to win. So you will see a lot more nade spams there. The flinch sucks but if you use cover, you won't get flinched. If you pop out of cover and still get flinched then maybe you should move to another spot.

I avoid comp and stay mainly in rumble. Last night there was a lot of grenade spamming. It's funny and annoying at the same time. I can only imagine how horrible this is affecting comp.

I feel as if it is to powerful and that it shouldn’t be able to kill somebody in one shot because you walked up to them and pressed RT/lmb. Now you could argue the same for the Erentil FR4 (legendary fusion rifle). The difference with that is you have to aim the gun and control the spread so it doesn’t miss the burst. My next complaint is the arbalest. It feels like pre nerf QBB. I could be aiming at your chest and get a headshot. This doesn’t annoy me that much because it requires aim. My second to last comment is that people shouldn’t be able to shoot at me from across the map with a jötunn and have it track me around a corner. It doesn’t make me feel like I’m having fun. Every weapon would work the same as all other weapons in their archetypes. Stop thinking/lying to yourself saying "Destiny is competitive because there is a playlist called competitive!" Well where is the MLG circuit of Destiny? There isn't one, the one time there was one they banned all perks that "increased damage".
