Is it possible to recover lost quests
I deleted the new allegiance quest thinking I'd be able to change my choice and now I can't find anywhere to even recover that quest

For anyone wondering how it should be at the last NPC you talked to, mine was at the spider as he was the last to update the quest

It's not on the drifter either, it was my first place I looked
