I’ll fight you on this.
It literally always come out when people are getting their asses handed to them. Then they miraculously pull a victory out of their ass and wave their banner thinking they’re the greatest shit in the universe.
You all know it’s true too. You’ve either experienced it or done it.
Inb4 it’s not the gun it’s the player.
You vs You in Crucible. One has Luna, one has Trust. Who wins?
All you need.
I don’t even care that it exists, just call it like it is, guys. It’s your crutch you use to help your injured ego when you’re getting beat.

5 Odpowiedzi
You vs You in Crucible. One has Luna, one has Trust. Who wins?
Uh the amount of times I have outshot a Luna's howl or not forgotten is ridiculous especially when I'm using trust

This post is amazing, and is a true insight into how our culture has absolutely no -blam!-ing self-awareness... Your “mic drop point” about if it’s “you versus you” is the EXACT reason why your entire premise is beyond moot... no two players are exact clones of each other, with the exact same level of skill.

Edytowany przez użytkownika reenry: 2/12/2019 2:41:33 AMOh. You want it gone? I want the two weeks of my life bac- oh wait I can’t. By the way. USE YOUR CRUTCHES. WAS THERE A RULE TO SAY YOU COULD NOT?

I think i have the right to use whichever weapon i worked for either in pve/pvp whenever i want so nty

It’s not that big a deal.

15 OdpowiedziYet another mad cos bad post. This is the true cancer of crucible: Whiners who cant adapt. People who earned luna's or NF used other guns to get it, but had enough skill to still compete. And you blame the gun? Typical salty bullsh*t coming from an entitled brat that refuses to learn or change. If there ever was a better time to say this, I have not seen it: get GOOD, scrub!

1 Odpowiedź180 hand cannons on console are unmatched. 140s and 150s are simply harder to use because their recoil pattern and bloom make them completely unforgivable weapons. Here we have a 3 tap capability to the easiest archetype of hand cannon to use ( On console) of course this would happen. Use Lunas or even a god rolled trust for a week switch hand cannons and see what happens. Its no wonder why Lunas / NF are so overwhelmingly powerful, they’re the most consistent and rewarding primary weapons in the game.
-
1 OdpowiedźSorry, I disagree with you. I don't even like playing crucible, but wanted Luna because I fancy hand cannons. During the quest I was able to compete with the Luna using the West of Sunfall. If the gun is greater than the player, please explain my experiences. Especially since I used an Osiris weapon with no random perks.....Thanks
-
Yep.....SPAM cannons go to the top tier.......
-
3 OdpowiedziHere's how I see it. It's a crutch and I don't care if good players can counter it, I'm not amazing so I consider it a crutch
-
1 OdpowiedźA easy way and a hard way Why can’t we just have two ways to earn the Luna’s howl. I liked what bungie did with the Redrix pulse rifle which gave everyone a chance to earn the weapon.
-
Why don't you go get the weapon so that you can have a "crutch" as well? Seems like a simple solution to all the whining. Just go get the weapon, then you won't have to complain about it.
-
So is a shotgun...you can litterally pull that shit out while being shot and still win.
-
I wouldn't say they're a crutch because you already have to be really good to get them. I'm assuming the people that are really good use them often because they want to show them off.
-
For once I have actually agreed with a post that Luna’s is a crutch. I have Luna’s myself and find it pretty easy to use. First in close quarters and second behind bygones in medium to long range. Not forgotten, however takes the first spot in every category. It’s absurd that a 3 tap weapon has such the distance nf has. Combine either of those hcs, dust rock blues, and wardcliff coil and you have the classic try hard setup. I somewhat hate dust rock but not as much as I hate wardcliff coil. Simple fix is to make Luna’s howl and nf exotic. It is also indeed a crutch weapon

16 OdpowiedziPeople will never admit Luna's Howl and Not Forgotten are over powered.
-
Simple question do you have either of the Luna or nf? If not pour more salt I rest my case
-
3 OdpowiedziYeah it sucks. But once in a while you find someone in the Rumble playlist who obviously team shot their way to a Luna because they s*ck with it. It must be quite devastating for these people to lose to lesser hand cannons :)

1 OdpowiedźIt's true, even if you shoot first with trust or practically any other weapon, the other person only has to shoot three times, not four and will most likely kill you in two headshots and a body. Trust takes 4 headshots to kill, while Luna's only takes 2 headshots and a body. After you have Luna's, there's not much point in using anything else. I got my Luna's last season and loved it at first. I got 2,000 or so kills with it. But, then it got boring. Using the same loadout over and over again gets boring. I think they made Luna's a bit too good, but it should be good. Maybe they could make it so magnificent howl only gives bonus precision damage only. That way it would require three headshots instead of 2 and a body. I pretty much only use my Luna's in PvE, but to the people who never unequip it and use it to crush people in quickplay, calm down a bit. No reason to run dust rock, Luna's and Wardcliff every single game you play. Have some fun, use some different weapons once in a while. It's just quickplay, no need to sweat so much. I'm not saying you can never use Luna's, but take it off once in a while.

10 OdpowiedziYou have opened the floodgates of salt water from PvP community. These players will think that they are good players just because they have a good KD in a broken game. Just laugh and laugh ignore them. So called PvP gods are nothing more than a blip. No one cares about their kd which means nothing in real world. All these kids will just w*nk themselves to exhaustion just by oogling thier kd ratio and think big of themselves. In reality they are just riding a broken train. Be happy.

47 OdpowiedziObviously Luna + Not Forgotten are crutch weapons. Anyone who doesn’t agree with that is dumb or doesn’t want anything to happen to their crutch weapon. It’s simple... Luna + Not Forgotten get a 230% damage buff for 4 seconds and all you need to do is get 2 consecutive crits in a row on an insanely accurate and perfectly vertical weapon. YES U GET A 230% DANAGE BUFF FOR 4 SECONDS... Ask yourself... What other gun is even close to a 230% buff? None What other gun is as accurate? None They don’t belong in the game cause nothing is even in the same planet as Luna + Not Forgotten. I know players that haven’t played a single match without Luna or Not Forgotten since they got it. It’s sad... I have Luna by the way but haven’t yet tried for the Not Forgotten. I barely use it by the way. It’s pretty much easy mode when using it.

5 OdpowiedziAre you new to Destiny or to PvP? PvP players are the biggest divas in all of gaming. They act as if they die in a video game they will die in real life and so they use whatever cheesy tactic or meta is available. It will never change. Embrace it.
-
21 OdpowiedziSo let's get this post straight Player 1 is using a non-meta loadout, hes bot doing well. So he swaps to a meta loadout and does better. That =/= crutch weapon By that argument all meta weapons are crutches. If you're saying that then I guess its true But if your only calling lunas and nf crutches and not bygones, trust, inaugural address, erentel, dust rock, botherarion, shotguns in general, wardcliff, colony, queenbreakers, etc then your post simply shows your bias
-
1 OdpowiedźIf those HC was gotten by winning in Competitive crucible mode then those guns should only be used in Competitive Crucible. Using those guns in quick play is really...a shame for those players.

2 OdpowiedziI just got it ...yayyy
