I think the biggest issue is that there is 0 way to counter blade barrage without being a hunter using tether (but why would you if you have bb) and even then, bb is too quick to land the tether. Take two examples. In one fight, I came head on with a hunter and cast Chaos Reach directly on him. After chaos hit, he managed to cast blade barrage, kill me, and survive chaos with a but of shield left. In a similar way, bb can be cast through a nova bomb, not only destroying the nova bomb and preventing impact, but killing the guardian who cast it. Now now, Im not crazy. Nerfing shards or Blade Barrage is an insane idea as theyre awesome for the game, but mayhem is supposed to be fun for everyone. As a warlock, there is 0 way to compete with a blade barrage in this mode, which ruins the fun of having it around. Instead of everyone havin a bunch of super kills, each lobby im in has two or three hunters getting 20+, and everyone else in single digits. P.s. Blade Barrage is proof that hunters are favored, and are just greedy which is why they complain that warlocks and titans get all the attention :P
