Don't Kill the Wizards in Gambit
This is a tactic I've seen some very smart teammates use in Gambit and I have to say, it really seems to being working. Don't kill the Wizards, don't use any Power Weapons, Supers or the IKELOS shotty.
Simply sit in the back of the spawn and shoot the Primeval with Auto Rifles. Slow and steady wins the race afterall.
Also, remember to let the Invader kill you any chance you get.

All great tips. Another one is to never shoot ads, just follow your teammates around, let them shoot everything and then take all the motes. Bonus points if you manage to die standing amongst swarms of adds, waiting for motes to rain.

Nah, the real strat is to grab 15 motes and invade the enemy side. Gets wins every time trust me

Also when teammates for some reason want to kiss the primeval and die. (By kiss I mean they want to stand next to the primeval just to die)

2 OdpowiedziGambit is 50/50 for me. Half the time I'm paired with potatos who play as you describe. And then the other I'm paired in a team where we play as if we're in a fireteam communicating and burning down the primevil before the opposing invader can do anything

While I'm sure this a sarcastic post, your post isnt really wrong. I've seen teams melt boss without the need of stacks to which i think bungie should adjust the health of primevals yet also increase the damage multiplier of slayer stacks to give reason to use them.

Soooo, what I’m hearing you say is... when it’s announced over the loud speaker you are being Invaded I should run out into the open? Especially when I have 15 motes saved up? Got it, what a great idea!!
