"Enhancement Cores" Worst name ever..
Destiny 1 had materials with names like "Ascendant Shard" and this is the best you can come up with?
I get that you wanted to change it from masterwork cores to reflect the changed purpose of the materials as they're now used for infusion (imo still a bad decision to have them there) but would it really be hard to come up with something interesting for them with lore behind it?
Like call them "Byfordium fragments" where Byfordium is a material from another plane of existence that can work as a catalyst when forging light-infused materials.
Edit: I made this post when very tired last night after reading the twab, so just take all of the above as tongue in cheek or whatever.

3 OdpowiedziI hate Bungie's bs renaming of everything in the game. Light level became power level, firefly became dragonfly (significantly nerfed), etc. It is just plain stupid.

3 OdpowiedziAs a Titan I shouldn't have to use "Enhancement Cores". Only Warlocks really need this sort of thing. I mean I could see a Hunter wanting a Core that is ribbed for her pleasure, but we Titans have absolutely no use for any of these products, and shouldn't have to spend 1 glimmer on them. If they want to use a Titan to market their enhancement cores then fine, I guess that's to be expected - but we should be compensated appropriately. Our suspension of disbelief only goes but so far Bungie. Please keep that in mind.

You can thank all the Streamer and YouTube ambassador idiots that went to Bungies save Destiny2 summit for this stupid system, watched a well known twitch streamer that boasted about he and the others at the summit complained how easy and in meaningful it was to upgrade there gear. What a load of jerks, so for anyone that’s not at max light it just stupidly expensive to upgrade gear to use. One more dumb choice to add to the many.
