When was this patched? I really relied on that to combat atrocious RNG luck. My overall is 558 with some slots in the 560's and my arms at 549. No way in hell this game is giving me arms via conventional means (tier 1 power engrams), so the plan is to do what I did last time the game refused to give me arms: grind the Nightfall for hours for a blue arms drop. Nightfall blues used to drop at -7 to -5 of your overall level, so that would bump my arms up to 551-553 (bumping my overall to 559). This game goes to hilarious lengths to stall you.
