Jade Rabbit no longer displaying in Collections
I got the Jade Rabbit near the start of the game, and dismantled it a long time ago. Now it's not in my collections, though shows up as "already in collections" when inspecting Xur's fated engram, and doesn't drop from the fated engram though I have collected every other exotic.

the already in collections is a UI bug, it does not impact one's ability to obtain the item. You could not have obtained Jade Rabbit near start of the game as it did not drop until Curse of Osiris.

You've never received it. There is a visual bug that will show you as already having it in your collection when inspecting an engram. It would be in your collection of you already received it.
