70 Bucks for this game that had two lackluster expansions REALLY.
Don't get me wrong the content looks good I could understand the 40 bucks for Forsaken but another 30 just for the annual pass. SHADY AS HELL

16 OdpowiedziAre you also forgetting that (at least) with Forsaken, you are getting the same boss enemies, same awoken, old exotics, more reskins for your sparrow/ghost. I prob get it next year when the price drops to like 20.00 but just to complete out my trophy list.

2 OdpowiedziYou don't have to get the annual pass if you just want the DLC. I don't get why people are salty ... if you think its worth it pay for it, if not just get another game. This forum are acting like they have to buy the full package or even a part of it.

4 OdpowiedziYou don’t have to buy the annual right away. The annual is 3 dlc’s, each is $10. When they come out individually you can buy them separately at $10. Stop crying.

5 OdpowiedziI Bought Ark Survival Evolved 3 years ago on the game preview. It's released 4 new world sized maps, with 70 different types of dinosaurs, different technology, and a whole shit ton of skins and loot to find. It cost me 20 dollars. Anyone not giving these other games a chance, have no clue what it feels like to have a developer try and actually make them have fun, instead of finding as many ways to make them pay as possible. 20 dollars. 3 years of free DLC. Don't even get me started on GTA and their free updates

What can we really expect for $10? All it gets us now is an emote, does everyone really think it's going to be DLC level content? Like you said, shady as hell. Some people are even saying it's basically down the path of pay to win.

5 OdpowiedziEdytowany przez użytkownika Grediel: 6/6/2018 12:21:06 AMThey are insane with the costs of this game, I guess it's usual now for games to have DLC or xpacs but that usually means $40 bucks after 1 or 2 years if xpac or $5-10 for a DLC, but this game wanted us to pay $60 to start with, then $40 in 2 lame expansions, now $40 more for another one, all this in less than a year, and on top of that, they are already selling $35 more as DLC ahead of time without even telling what's in them. That's over $170 since launch!!! That's just ridiculous. As others have said with that amount of money I could buy 3 AAA games or buy a game like WoW or FF XIV and pay an entire year of subscription, and this is nothing compared to the scale and content of those games.

Wait till it comes out, see if its good, then buy it. Worse that happens with this method is it costs an extra 5 bucks. Pre order and get what you get. Worse that happens with this method is you waste 30 bucks. Math is simple.

$30 for 3 expansions that would probably have a $20 value? (At least thats what i think curse of osiris and warmind were priced at) I'd say thats a pretty good deal. like i read in a separate comment on this post, just wait a day or 2 to watch gameplay on the expansions. E3 will be over in about a week and a half, and gameplay for Forsaken, at least the PvPvE gamemode, will be uploaded to youtube, so thats a start

Its 40 for the DlC ( same as the taken king) the 30 for the annual pass which includes 3-4 more dlcs up to fall of 2019. And i didnt see lackluster. Maybe your own expectations fell short.

2 OdpowiedziIt is not shady. When you come from d1 to this game it was meh but fun for a short time. Warmind is pretty amazing granted the changes. It takes a lot of time to make the changes they are for forsaken also. Which allows multiple play modes. This get me excited also random rolls with am existing mod system is hard to implement without having to rework the entire game. They took the time from the feedback to do as much as possible for forsaken and give us what we wanted based on feedback. This expansion which is basically a new game should be something we are excited about. I can play my way I prefer. It will have grinds for various things which is also awesome. New creative sub class seems awesome. This is something that will keep me online and doing various things across my 3 characters. If you don't want to be excited that is cool I truly understand. I also hope you will get the best surprise ever if you have the balls to get into it play and grind woth the rest of us.
