I know things work differently in the UK, and in most of Europe as well, but from my perspective...you just got done playing a iron Banner, and not a tiny amount. You have 3 characters above 330. I'm sure if I cared to look, you have raid attempts or completions...I'd say you've gotten your quid out of D2. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and say you managed to do all that in 50 hours. that's about 2.15 per hour...there's not a lot of other forms of entertainment out there that are cheaper and provide the same level of experience. This is like what would happen when I ran restaurant: someone would come in, order, get their food, and start in on it. Once in a great while, someone with one bite left would try to tell me they weren't happy with it...k. Whereas maybe that is true...I think if you were paying our prices for something, you'd have let me know as soon as you weren't happy with it. i'm always around and very attentive, so you've had 10 chances by now. If you were willing to go as far into it as you did, it must not have been that objectionable. So i might offer a free dessert or another glass of beer / wine, but since you chose to partake in 95% of it without complaint, I feel like you should be required to pay for it. So perhaps Bungie could offer a specific set of people access to a future piece of content for reduced or no charge, but at this point, no one can claim they haven't gotten their money out of the game, if they've been playing. Sorry i can't agree with you, but with 3 near-max characters...you've been here a while.

Take it as a loss and move on. That's why we did in the days before the internet.
