D2 no longer has that, the enemies scale to you, it pretty much makes gear pointless, compared to D1 any level advantages are so small now that random rolls or mods that may cause any extra damage will have such a small effect. The only real reason you level in D2 is to unlock content nothing more. So many people don’t see this. Look at warframe or the division, gear in those types of games makes a REAL difference, that was like D1 but not in D2 this is why many PVE Players have left.
