This is a -blam!-ing joke. What a dumbass decision.

Haven’t had a problem with the timer
-
Bungie had many things figured out after 3 years of D1 yet they decided to pretty much screw up every aspect of the game. It's fundamentally broken on so many levels that I just went back to D1 to play crucible.
-
Honestly I thought the timer was a rotating deal. I swear bungie said some nightfall’s would have timers and others would not . If it rotated then no problem but as it is it’s silly bs . I usually do the nightfall every week but recently I could care less . The timer needs to go or at least go on rotation. ,
-
My sixth and final appearance I may have mentioned I loathe timers. :-)
-
6 OdpowiedziI liked it in D1 when a wipe would cause you to start the whole thing over. That challenge was more fun to me personally then the timer. Maybe if the timer was like a rotational modifier instead of always being a thing.
-
2 OdpowiedziI agree 100%. Just go back to the way it was originally, if all fire team members die, then you go back to orbit and start over.
-
No, you just need to get good
-
Why? Nightfall’s are easier than ever now. The timer is just there so we don’t drag our ass through slowly and to give the mission a sense of rush and adrenaline
-
Same with the leviathan raid, I call it an abomination.
-
6 OdpowiedziI agree. It was better when their difficulty was just extreme. Now it’s not as hard, just speed run it. I hate speed running personally, just not fun for me. So I usually just don’t do it unless clan mates need/want it. Problem solved
-
Not a big fan of the timer. Just make the bosses a little tougher and maybe the adds a little more shielded to increase the challenge. If people like the old back to orbit might I suggest instead of back to orbit we are shot back to the beginning where you have to clear the adds again.
-
I hope the future strikes are more than just dropping you into a wide open room with little to no cover with an overgrown redbar baddie. Am I the only one who thinks Savathuun's Song is the only good strike?
-
I hate the timer. I'd rather go back to the D1 version where if your team wipes, you get kicked to Orbit. That combined with some difficult modifiers AND WORTHWHILE rewards would make the Nightfall fun again. Current state is far from enjoyable. Thanks for the tokens & the 294 blue gear. I feel accomplished.

Edytowany przez użytkownika PhreshBrotha: 11/6/2017 4:43:48 AMI’ve completed a few nightfalls and I agree. It doesn’t add a “fun challenge” to the game, it’s just plain annoying. I like being able to play the NF at my own pace, not spend half my time (sometimes literally) looking for floating time cubes
-
1 OdpowiedźI don't mind the timer, but I wish it was just a flat timer with no ways to increase the time on it. I don't enjoy jumping through hoops or killing anomalies.
-
I actually really like it. Makes things much more challenging and to me at least, more fun. Racing against the clock adds another element of strategy and stress to it that's really a good time.
-
I like timer and the increaeed difficulty. Not everythings needs to be completable by everyone in much the same way we don’t need escalators up Mt. Everest. Make it too easy and the event loses meaning.
-
The timer is fine. I don't necessarily disapprove. Nightfall needs to be a challenge. Also the timer isn't even an issue, I've finished a nightfall (the 20:00 timer one) in 10 minutes and also can beat the 10 minute one where kills give you time with 5 mins remaining.
-
Get good, kid. You're the joke
-
13 OdpowiedziTimer was designed to prevent solo nightfalls in D1. It has no connection to anything in the story, nor do the hoops you have to jump through nor the oracles you shoot. Year one nightfall was by far the best. Screw up and you have to start all over. I do agree with posts saying it should be challenging, but most would prefer the challenge to be increased/stronger enemies not a clock.
-
This timer has singlehandedly destroyed my love for the nightfall.
-
No. I like it. With the right modifiers and on prestige mode it can actually feel like a challenge instead of the handouts it was in d1.
-
1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika BulbaSmasher: 11/6/2017 3:55:33 PMThis week's modifiers is one of the easiest lol. You can kill the boss before he even jumps once What they need to do is bring back go to orbit if you wipe
-
I like it
-
Timer brok ANY FUN me and my mates had in nightfalls in destiny 1. WE -blam!-ING HATE TIMERS we want Hard contenty not skip as much as possible and blow boss up in few minutes...
-
yea, maybe if the nightfall wasn't ruined with the timer i'd still play D2 as I liked nightfalls in D1 , but I cant stand that timer crap so I stopped doing nightfalls , shortly after that stopped playing completely... I have no hopes they will change it anymore
