banned for nothing
Well I'm seeing many other people saying that they are being banned simply in the first second they are entering the game as I did not even have how to create the character and I did not have the possibility to enter I believe that the program has a bug I read all the rules and I did not nothing to be banned wanted an official response to believe in a bungie transparency.
if you have also been banned without doing anything post here to know the problem!
edit1: apparently a lot of people are being banned for some random reason even without any linked overlay application.

I was banned for running Android Studios in the background, I've already submitted a ticket but I guess Bungie's "Manual review" slipped through the cracks. How long do I have to wait (if I can get one) for a response email from Bungie so I can clear my name?

Same happened to me yesteday. i was in a game with a clan member and got disconnected, then tried to reconnect and the "not so fast" this account has been banned. message came up. I dont use cheats or anything. I do have discord though. But that is an accepted overlay according to the post below.

I got banned. No overlay, no hacks, no nothing. Makes zero sense too me. Saw a guy warping on the [u]opponent[/u] team in a cruciable, thats all i can even think off. got told this could be the reason, as it had resulted to everyone in a cruciable getting banned before. And bungie did nothing to lift the ban ocf those guys either. Did i get forked over cuz i got matched AGAINST a hacker?

Just got banned for no reason. I pre-ordered the game, played like a few hours, then left it (fro personal reasons). Today started playing - just got to campaing, played for like 20 mins. Entering next mission zone and BAM - you got banned For what? For playing the game i payed for? Really? I'm mad.

Please remove my ban!! :'( I know that discord is forbidden, but I ran it by accident during the game and 1 minute did not come off as the account was banned. Excuse me for my bad english. 1 OdpowiedźHello guardians, Today when I came back from work, at around 3PM Cest, I tried to log into Destiny 2 on my PC and BUM, my account has been banned, still no clue why this has been. Its been 7PM Cest by now and still cant access my account. Starting to get worried since I cant contact anyone from bungie and Blizzard tech support just told me they cant do anything. This is what I run when I play destiny on my PC: - Nvidia Gforce Experience - Discord - MSI Gaming App - AORUS Graphics Engine (GPU control center) I would like to know what is going on since many of us have been banned without any justification, I have read that many of you guys have been unbanned past some hours since the ban. My Batllenet account is Casuu#2971, if any can help I would appreciate. If a bungie employee watch this post please dont answer just with the link to the Bungies Help Page, I have already read all that stuff and I only get more confused. 2 OdpowiedziYou want to know why they don't discuss bans? A few possible reasons, none are good. A. They don't want to spend any of the hundreds of millions made in profit in supplying customer service to it's players. B. They don't care about they customers AFTER they buy the game, don't mistake that for potential customers, they LOVE those. C. They -blam!-ed up with the autoban software and are now covering it up. If they unban anyone, they admit failure. Have you ever know Bungie to admit failure? I haven't. D. (and the most likely in my opinion) They're a pack of greedy pricks. E. ALL OF THE ABOVE.

Why don't you asswipes actually spell out / include a list of 'dangerous software' if you're going to go down the holocaust route? What tools pose a threat to the ecosystem? Will I get banned for running visual studio? Do these 'dangerous programs' have to be running or simply exist on my machine?
