Theorycraft — Titan Healing...?
Hey err'body,
So I just picked up an Exotic Titan Class helmet called 'An Insurmountable Skullfort' and the special is 'Transfusion Matrix' which triggers health regen with Arc Melee.
Does this 2x Stack with Arc Class, Code of the Juggernaut tree, which also starts healing regen on melee kills?
