Is there a fix for this message when attempting to redeem my promotion items: "You required a linked ###Platforms.None### account in order to perform this action." My XBL account is linked, and has been linked for well over a decade now. I also can not disconnect that account as it is grayed out in the "Linked" position. I have attempted in IE, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, all return with this error message. I've also attempted from my phone with the same result.
