26 OdpowiedziThe irony is: science is religion. A blind faith in a preconceived notion of what "facts" should be. Science appears so successful, because it predetermines what truth should be. It then proceeds to "discover" that truth. Thus, it is circular and faith based.

I find it really interesting that evidence for an expanding university and the originator of the Big Bang Theory was Georges Henri Joseph Édouard Lemaître, a Catholic Priest. At the time, the pope himself sent Lemaitre a letter commending his discovery and endorsed it. And now it feels as if most religious people I talk to do not believe the theory to be true.
