What was THE HARDEST Raid you've ever played?
Now that we've seen all the Raids well ever get to see in this release Destiny, which one was the hardest Raid you ever played? Why?

I'm a year 1 player even though VoG was my favorite raid KF was hands down the hardest even though every boss fight you run in circles all the time and I found that boring about it. Only part I hated about KF is oryx himself... The glitchy bastard even his echo self was glitchy after you kill the -blam!- you somehow have a heart attack and die... I would do it again just for the sniper...

Over all kings fall was the most difficult mostly from the teams perspective although wotm final boss is ,in my opinion, the hardest.

1 OdpowiedźI honestly think people forget how hard Crota hard was when max light level was 32. There were always people without health regen helmets, boomers killed people, one wrong step from sword bearer, any of those things and Jesus Wept!!!!

6 OdpowiedziAny vanilla players here will be votng VoG. Trying to do VoG hard mode when you're stuck on lvl28 was the real challenge.

I voted for vault, but kings fall wasn't the easiest thing either. It mostly came down to light level differences being harsher in vault than the newer stuff. Hell the whole time period before the taken king was difficult due to artificiality. Which a challenge is cool, but one of that nature is nothing to brag about. Something the community could stand to not do as much as they do.

4 OdpowiedziI think Crota was the most challenging back in the day. It was so glitchy that when you did things right it would fail. Oryx I think required a lot more uncarried participation. I think the WotM biggest challenge is the player pool as its worst enemy. VoG was all around great.

35 OdpowiedziMy list. Hardest Raid: King's Fall. Most Fun: Wrath of the Machine. (Death Zamboni ftw.) Vault of Glass is a balance of moderate difficulty and good replay value, which makes it fun. Since this is a raid list and not a strike list, I won't be including Crota's End.

23 OdpowiedziPeople on here stuck in the mindset that one is definitively harder than the other for everyone and that just isn't true. I found KF to be incredibly easy, because I'm good at mechanic-based things. It really wasn't difficult to me, but it was VERY difficult for others who aren't so good at mechanics. VoG was the hardest one for me due to the lack of gear/being under-leveled. It's entirely possible that is was MUCH easier for other who may have gotten lucky and were geared for it or played it later when it was much easier. That being said, what is hard for you isn't hard for everyone and what is easy for me isn't easy for everyone. Kinda hard to have one definitive answer when experiences can vary so much.

1 OdpowiedźI get that "hardest" is a relative term...but come on now. We're talking about Destiny here. The easiest boss on the easiest difficulty in a proper MMO takes more skill than anything in this game.

First time I played KF my group wiped at Golgoroth for about 3 hours before we gave up. The mechanics were too much for some people.

Personally would say wotm as its so hard to find a team that is not full of idiots. Kings fall and crota both easy. Mainly as the player base was much bigger and now a large amount have moved on.

5 OdpowiedziWhen Gjallarhorn finally got its nerf and was removed from the game for a year, King's Fall shot up to the top of the list as the hardest raid. Without the original power of that gun, no raid will ever be easy mode again. Try melting Oryx like you did Atheon and Crota with Gjallarhorn now. I dare you.
