Probably already mentioned: The loot cave. Crota taking a knee and disconnecting the host. Upgrading exotics by purchasing from Xur the newer version. :-(

Pvp win got you 3 marks and a loss got you 2 mark. Made getting 100 Pvp marks in a week achievement take long.

I liked staring into a cave on patrol shooting spawning ads to lvl up. Not really having a clue what's going on yet.

Vanilla shotguns could roll both Shot Package and Rangefinder. They also killed much further. I had a Comedian with Hammer Forged and Shot Package that could out range a current Matador.

I've been reading thru a bunch of these and I'm surprised no one mentions the item managers. Go to tower. Put crap in vault. Switch characters. Back to tower. Grab items. Shit my G horn is on my hunter! Switch characters. Back to tower. Back to vault. lol that's one thing I def don't miss.

Falling into the gap instead of landing on the middle 'damage' platform at Atheon. Then watching the rest of the team destroy him only to feel gutted as you'd died more times than you care to admit to just to get across the chasm to face him in the first place. Sigh.
