I DID IT...this is why I love this game
I have been trying since week 2 of SRL to get my s rank licence. For three. Flipping. Weeks. I tried. And tried. And tried. And today at 3:00 est. I got my last win. I sh!t you not, when I won, I fell out of my chair and cried. I tried so -blam!-ing hard. Destiny gives me moments like this all the time. I -blam!-ing love this game...

9 Odpowiedzihahah this forum is ridiculous, ive pretty much completely switched to the reddit forum but hopped back over here to see whats been happening. Literally every post I have hopped into has been from players who have been over joyed by a moment in destiny only to have their moment crushed and spoiled by trolls and haters of destiny... Wtf is wrong with people? destiny has been out for 2.5 years and have provided plenty of content. Yet after all this time people chose to stick around and hate on this game and troll? do you really not have anything better to do with your life? Man I'm going back to the reddit forums, you guys are cancer...

Ah yes. It's all based on Psychological rule where the more time you spend on something, the bigger you feel the accomplishment it. The game thrives on that concept. However, the reality is, you didn't accomplish any more than the guy who breezed through SRL in the first few days because he was that good. But that guy doesn't feel the accomplishment you feel, for doing the same exact task.

It's posts like this one by biglou_x1000 which make me love this game. I don't enjoy sparrow-racing - but biglou does... I don't raid - but others do... I don't read grimoire - but lots of folk love the lore... I don't join fireteams - but loads of players prefer teamingup to playing solo... I DO patrol - I DO Strikes - and I DO play PVP till the controller is falling out of my hands. What I'm saying is Destiny offers so much different content that there's something here for almost anyone. Sure, there are areas which could be improved but - especially since RoI - this game is really coming into its own. We're 3 years into a projected 10 year story arc and I can't wait to see what we get next. Thanks Bungie
