Not when it comes to rng slot machines.

The people know what they are buying when they buy it. And there are literally casinos scattered all over the would whose main objective is to have people spend money on a chance for something good. Bungie is a business and ultimately there objective is to make money just like any other business. It's cosmetics it doesn't do anything to impact your gameplay
