Right now it is only at 200 and always am at max and wonder if in the new expansion if it would be raised ?
.....I use my marks btw but get them back too fast and sometimes they could be useful but instead of wasting where if it was raised it would give not only me but some other people some breathing room when it comes to trying to not waste marks
[spoiler] I noticed that when I woke up that 55 people liked this which is crazy to think such as it was made in such a short time but many people have been Saying that it should not be added as if it would hurt anything such as "people buying a full set from the vendor" and I know that no vendor(s) have anything decent on them in terms of armor but I don't see this as a problem as gear is at 280 when bought off a vendor
Wow so many people liked this his is really cool to be on trending plus I have read and tried to respond to every comment I can if I haven't on your I'm sorry and will most likely see it within the next couple hours :D

Just use your marks to buy mats its your best investment atm. Dont waste em on gear unless its a weapon with great rolls you want to use later on. Thats just my advice. Also i think 20p is fine atm with the limited nuber of things you can use them for but given when RoI comes out new weapons and gear will drop along with artifacts i do think they should raise it then. But thats hoping and if they do theyll likely drop marks like 4 months later for a new currency.

Bump. I know they do it to keep the grind factor high but cmon, increase glimmer too. *no, I've never run out of glimmer but it's something that should have either a much much higher cap or no cap at all. Increasing marks cap would hurt no one. Like glimmer or even vault space. It's not "op" or "unfair". You can't really get mad if it doesn't effect your game experience in any way.

4 OdpowiedziI'd like to see an unlimited glimmer and marks.
-
I'd like to see an increased glimmer cap that's for sure. But I think marks should cap at 300. That way we can buy two guns at a time instead of buy one then grind and breakdown madness.
-
Please atleast 300
-
i think there are two problems 1. early on you can't earn or store enough for what you need to buy. 2. Later in the game there aren't enough things to spend marks on. the 200 limit does stink though because it forces me to horde legendaries until i finally get something worth upgrading and then i can dismantle them. But until then it wastes space. I don't know what the solution is. Part of me thinks it would just be easier if there was one currency, glimmer and everything just costed glimmer and like in real life there was no limit to how much you could have. or maybe just don't limit how many marks people can have. Personally i think these limits are just artificial ways to slow people down.

Of course so many people like it. Its a great idea. A cap just makes us spend them more often, which is easy to do in the beginning of new content, but months later... When theres nothing left to buy... Shit

2 OdpowiedziLegendary Mark limit I understand. The glimmer cap though, that is a different story. Why have a limit on monies!?
-
Ok so I dont know why you even posted this? If you keep maxing out your marks keep slending them on weapons, or planet mats. Go to a faction see what their planet mat exchange is and buy that to boost your faction reps. There is no need for a cap increase.
-
Yes please.
-
This sounds like a good idea.
-
Yes please! I just deleted a few things n didn't realize til the last item that I got no marks for them. Fml

Hey looking for a group of people to do King's fall hit me up on ps4 younghen418

Why? The problem is not how many marks we can keep but rather what can we spend marks on?

1 OdpowiedźEdytowany przez użytkownika Trexus: 8/19/2016 1:15:13 AMThe problem is in between expansions everyone would get enough to buy all the new gear they want and then be geared up immediately. Imagine if when TTK dropped everyone immediately had access to LvL 280 gear. That could be helped by raising the level cap but with focused light 2 bounties are enough for a level up. To combat that you just have to increase the level cap by a high amount, but then players who don't have bounties and such saved have to embark on a serious grind...

I wish that it was enough that you could buy at least 2 pieces of gear. Because, unless you hang onto a bunch of legendaries to dismantle, you have to grind activities to get them back to buy another. Also, when I'm full on marks, and there's nothing that I want to buy, I avoid activities that award marks. That way I don't waste them.

The limit makes sense. If you're at the point in the game where you're buying spinmetal just so you can feel rewarded from doing the daily...maybe you should give crucible a go, or even try a different game, or possibly evaluate your motivations for playing the game. The 200 mark cap is there to make sure you don't burn through content by simply purchasing the best gear from vendors in one fell swoop, it forces you to go out and play the game. I don't see the problem with this. As far as glimmer cap...wtf would you do with more glimmer? Buy more of nothing?

1 OdpowiedźThe glimmer cap is completely retarded too

2 OdpowiedziI'm saving my iron banner weeklies for ROI, then I use my 200 and immediately get another 225 from iron banner weeklies...then more from the weekly reset.
-
But there is really nothing to spend marks on. It's gotten to the point that I just spend my marks on rare sparrows that I then upgrade with xur drives, just so I can have every sparrow in the kiosk. That being said, if others need it for some reason or another, sure. Doesn't hurt anybody. #TitanMasterRace

If it's so important, start saving legendaries. Grind...
-
2 OdpowiedziIt's not very important. Whenever I'm at the limit I find something to spend them on, it's not hard.
-
2 OdpowiedziIncrease the limit AND/Or give us something useful to spend the marks on. I buy planetary resources now just to stay under the cap, but we should be able to directly convert Legendary Marks to Glimmer, Motes of Light, Strange Coins, etc.
-
3 OdpowiedziWhat else are you gonna spend them on then? I mean I have bought any vendor item I like already, so what else do I spend them on other then materials? Another Hawksaw? The only reason to want a higher limit is so on DLC launch day players can buy more then one item with the default 200 right out the gate(not counting marks from dismantling all those Engrams) What we need is more ways to spend them, then if we are always capped give us a higher max Do we know what the LL on vendor items from Felwinter's Peak are? Or is it just based on current TTK vendors, cause like the other DLC's...I expect a LL increase with Rise Vendor's
