The game actually looks and sounds fun! It seems everyone hated the trailer because everyone hated Cod Ghosts and the fact that it's being made by Infinity Ward.

It's a good question honestly.

Because Activision will shove even more supply drops down our throats. Oh look cool looking helmet you can only get by spending $$ or by grinding for keys and not knowing if you'll get it.
-
They hate it because its futuristic. And bandwagon CoD hate doesnt help.
-
Because it's call of duty. The series has become so mechanically stagnant that I don't expect any changes other than additional shit to worry about. I really wish they revamp their gun mechanics to behave at least somewhat better that they did in Call Of Duty 1. They should start looking at other games and seeing how they have evolved and spin up some new gun mechanics to freshen up the main attraction of their series. I mean, people don't play call of duty because they wanna parkour all over the place.

I have doubted cod for many years now lol Sothis one won't be any better

6 OdpowiedziA space game needs more than a four hour story and multiplayer. Space games are about exploration. Cod is about fast paced gun fights.
-
Because I've bought and been disappointed with each of the last three CoD games on this gen of consoles.
-
3 OdpowiedziBecause it's the exact opposite of what the fans were asking for.

1 OdpowiedźPeople irrationally hate COD. The series is hit and miss. COD games run the gambit from God tier to lousy. I like that IW is taking COD to a theater we're yet to see the series go. It could be really good. There has been some promising talk about some new campaign stuff. Will it be great though? I do not know. Like I said COD is hit and miss and Infinity Ward is two misses in a row since the studio imploded.

3 OdpowiedziIf this was the first Call of Duty game, people would have been blown away. In fact if this exact game had any title other than the words "Call of Duty", I imagine it would have had a very different reception. People are funny. Anyway, I think it could be great (based purely on the highly scripted gameplay reveal), but my hope is that it breaks the franchise out of the repetition of the Black Ops/Warfare cycles (even though ironically it is a Warfare title)

Edytowany przez użytkownika ThinkGod: 7/4/2016 6:08:43 PMIf there was no CoD tag, things would be different. That's just the "thing" now. To hate CoD. Because it'll make you "look cool." What if it was just called infinite warfare for the first few months? There wouldn't be as many dislikes. Then they go or and say its a CoD game. What do you think would happen? Ya know, I hate people that already are saying its bad but, guess what? ITS NOT EVEN OUT YET! People just think they know everything.
-
I doubt it because, well, I guess I just don't like how slow it is and how small it is. Everything in the game feels like it never connects it just kinda happens IMO
-
1 OdpowiedźBecause it's the "cool" thing to hate call of duty. Even if this is the best game to ever release in the history of games, lots of people will still talk about how it sucks.
-
7 OdpowiedziIts the same people who call cod repetitive but then call battlefield new and innovative.
-
I'm only slightly pissed at the game's super creative naming. IW CEO: Hey! Let's make a game. But what do we call it? Random employee: Uhh let's just take our company name and change it to Warfare! IW CEO: PERFECT!
-
I know a lot of ppl who hate advance warfare and black ops 3, maybe that's why IW is getting hated on. I really hope the game is fun
-
2 OdpowiedziNo, I doubt it because it looks like the same boring, generic trash Call of Duty devs have been shovelling out since MW3. Characters with absolutely no depth and play the same roles in every game "intense gorilla warfare alpha male." And people will always eat it up.
-
8 OdpowiedziIt's always the same thing.

All the 12 year olds don't want to be screaming "I F#CKED YOUR MOM LAST NIGHT" in space. Maybe it's because no one can hear you in space. That's my reasoning. If anything I'm actually neutral. Previous cod games I hated, but a cod game that's finally a space oriented game? Interesting even by my Halo standards.
-
Who knows, it's my kind of game, I stopped playing Call Of Duty years ago. Black Ops was the last I tried, and I won't be back without dedicated servers. That's what stopped me playing.
-
From what was shown at e3, its caught my interest. Will i buy the game? No. If anything, I'll rent it, play the single player, then a little bit of multiplayer to rimind myself why i stopped playing in the first place then return it.
-
It's CoD
-
Opinion is slowly turning around. People overreacted to the trailer because that's what people do. A trend started and people jumped on it.

9 OdpowiedziWhat's different between this cod and previous ones ?
note I'm not dissing cod I'm actually interested in this one I just wanna know what's new with it because from what I saw in the gameplay trailer it looked open worldish
its a Halo / Crysis clone its made to fail.
