2 good things to come out of this new dlc!
The first, and main positive to come out of it is that, for a few months, there'll be no complaint posts around 'ps exclusive/why do sony get exclusives and not xbox'. Like i've said in a few of these posts, the game's been going for 2 years and these exclusives have cropped up with every expansion so really you need to either buy a ps, make your peace with it, or move on to another game.
That being said, the second positive, is that it has created a new 'exclusive' group, along last/current gen lines. Any ps3 guardians that were quite happy to defend the whole exclusive thing before are probably not feeling too positive about this latest decision.
Now it may seem like the second positive isn't really a positive, but i think it'll be good in the long term for the community. After all, its easy to justify things when you're not part of the group that's missing out, but hopefully this new division will usher in a touch of empathy from some new corners next time exclusives come around.

3 OdpowiedziSorry to shut down your first point but it's more than likely that they will announce ps exclusive content at e3 or during more streams, thats just how they do it

There will be PSN exclusives. They may not have discussed them yet, but they'll be there.

3 OdpowiedziI think all the Xbox fanboys have come to terms that Microsoft didn't want to pay. Don't worry, I'm sure Microsoft is still reeling too. Meanwhile they turned to Sony and Sony dove at it like a dog at a bone, I mean, Sony is picking up some good exclusive deals: CoD 30 day before Xbox DLC Destiny tidbits. I think Microsoft either stopped caring, or Sony is actually trying to get more place in the market and take out Xbox. I don't like either of those scenarios, I don't like the Xbox, but I love that it's there providing competition and it's just not competing as hard.

1 OdpowiedźPersonally I don't care about the exclusives... if I did, I'd get a PS4 instead of blaming Bungie for Microsoft's decision not to pony up the dough for console exclusives. Additionally I'd like to point out that there is still lots of time to announce some PS exclusives. I'm not saying that it will happen for sure, just that it could still happen.

9 OdpowiedziPretty sure they have more stuff to reveal and wouldn't surprised if there are but as being a Xbox player it doesn't bother me they get exclusives. Good for playstion for finally getting exclusive they had it rough for the past few years.

1 OdpowiedźThere will be other PS exclusives. Confirmed on Twitch when asked about the strikes. They might re-design the vault as a big reason its so crappy is legacy consoles.
