It is. Compared to TTK's price and the fact that they are the same size, it is great.

Edytowany przez użytkownika Iyrha: 6/11/2016 10:14:18 PMI'd pay more than that tbh, eve with all of its shitty connections and stupid glitches, it's so hard to stop loving this game.
-
I don't think it is BUT the acceptable baseline is what it is. If I was Bungie I'd do the same thing because making the most profit is what any company does. Games like Skyrim, Borderlands, etc. spoiled us with massive season passes in terms of content. Even though I don't think it's worth $30 (what we know it will include so far) I'm still going to get it. Yes, I'm part of the reason companies rip us off but I do get enough playtime compared to other costly activities so I base my decision on the entertainment value to me. I might change my mind if most of my friends leave but it's a fun co-op game with no competition. My 2.5 cents...
-
Yeah, that seems reasonable to me.
-
1 OdpowiedźI have to pay 30 bucks for what will likely turn out to be another 300 hours of entertainment? That's outrage...oh wait. No, that's awesome.
-
It's typical for me to spend 30 dollars on toilet paper after purchasing a few packages of it. I literally wipe my a$$ with that. So, agreed, $30 is reasonable. #fightforcheaperTP
-
Not really worth 30 in my opinion now if they cut it to 15 bucks (for all those micro-transactions they added in the game) then it'll be worth it. If anything might not even get it depending on much old content they make irrelevant..
-
I agree, $30 is cheap for the hours I'll get out of it.
-
In my mind, any game is worth it as long as you get 1 hour of entertainment for every dollar spent. By this model, destiny has been very much worth it, and I will continue to buy all expansions and sequals, with silver purchases here and there.

Based on what they have provided in the past i would say that the size of the dlc seems ok for the price. Not great, not too over priced, just ok. There comes a point though, where the game is too old to justify the cost. There better be more value in this than there was in the dark below though. In hind sight that dlc was a piss poor filler to fulfill the season pass obligation. Dangling the gjallarhorn carrot out there to induce preorders is kinda janky to me. I guess i'll just hope for the best and see what happens.

Bought preorder day after reveal
-
I guess but look at ttk, it sold for $40 and that got boring by november. It was supposed to last a year and seriously it really didn't. Now with bungie putting the price tag at $30. It really cant be that big and will run out very quickly.
-
Ye its a good price obviously i would prefer lower cause I want to get it when its cheap as possible but yeah it's good
-
1 OdpowiedźYou can't buy RoI if you don't have ttk and you can't play ttk without the other dlcs so in order to play RoI you got to pay 110$ but it you have both dlcs but no ttk you have to pay 70$

3 OdpowiedziSo you earn about $7.00+ hours in America, right? So this should only be around 5 hours of work for something what will give you hundreds of hours of enjoyment? Cash well spent.
-
3 OdpowiedziReasonable until they announce a Collecter's Edition that includes exclusive emotes for $60
-
Don't you mean "add-on"? ^_^
-
Very reasonable
-
we will have to see with the volume of content, bungies past hypes have boasted more content than released. so it is a wait and see kind of deal.
-
4 OdpowiedziI game share so I get this for free. HAHAHA Suckers!
-
Hell no
-
7 OdpowiedziI'm just going to wait for 10 years then buy the "Comprehensive Edition" of Destiny which includes every piece of DLC for the price I originally spent on the vanilla game. Of course, by that time, only the last piece of DLC will be relevant as Bungie incrementally makes each DLC redundant when releasing the next.
dis gon' be good *pulls up chair, grabs popcorn*
As long as I get my money's worth, I'll be happy. I have been in the part. And I don't expect to be let down quite yet
-
1 OdpowiedźIt is what it is. I don't find it a bad value. I do think that once they get a better plan together, they should do a 'season pass ' sort of thing. Although, $30 so far for rise of iron and all of the free events and the most descent content drop isn't bad. Since taken king we've gotten the prison update A couple strikes A couple new quests, weapons, armor, Sparrow racing Crim dubs They should keep up with the little freebies while working on these dlc's Like update the older raids to be run at higher Light levels. That'd be a nice addition that everyone would appreciate. Keep upgrading things like vault space Just some little things to help tide over

1 OdpowiedźHas more content than Dark Below but less than Taken King, I find it reasonable too. Destiny expansions are always worth it, we don't grind games as much as we grind destiny. So many of us have thousands of hours into this game so I never see the logic behind people saying the price isn't worth it. The taken King was $40 and 9 months later we are all still playing, I payed $60 for uncharted, passes it in a week and never played it again. I payed $60 for The Division, played it for month and never played again. All into perspective, destiny pricing is worth it considering $40 has me playing 9 months straight.
