Loot not dropping at the right light levels
I have a 324 Hunter and I've been saving up legendary grams, and exotics. I decided to decrypt them only to find below 300 loot. The April Update has claimed to fix the issue, but I personally have not felt the effect. (I am on PS3 and have been playing since Year 1).

Legendarys only go to 310 light

1 OdpowiedźExotic engrams are the only ones bound to the new full. Legendary engrams can be any light level.
