It's a shame we had to make a subclass completely useless near. I was the only one that ever defended it not being OP it seems to most people I talked to. The tracking was fine the explosion radius was fine, It is after all a super, the only one that actually felt like a super to be honest. At most all it needed was a 1.5 cd on cauterize in my opinion. Isn't a titan suppose to feel sturdy and ruthless? it's a shame you have made a class that wears nothing but robes as sturdy as a class that wears all full heavy armor.
