Vanguard strikes are a joke right now!!!
Ok first of all: I'm not that type of guy who gets angry about a video game, but this really annoys me.
Vanguard strikes are literally unplayable at the moment. In what feels like 99% of the starts of the strike 1 guy or sometimes both quit.
That wouldn't be so bad, but somehow bungie ist mostly unable to put people into strikes that already started.
It's funny how you could put me in a losing rift match every time I start the play list, but you're unable to put people in strikes that already started.
I don't want to play 1 hour just to get 1 strike done!

1 OdpowiedźThe problem is people are being stupid and leaving the strikes if it isn't the taken archon priest. They don't realize how dumb that is. Drop rate is increased if you don't back out.

Before each strike, they should let you vote on a random 3 strikes for which one you want to play. That way, people can't just keep repeating the same one but choose the best out of the choices.

You know it's matchmade right? Just wait for another guy if you're short a player or two. I swear, this community is just impatient. Selfishness goes both ways. You want THEM to keep playing a Strike they may not care for/don't need to play, so YOU can get a chance at loot that benefits YOU? SURELY having a player that WANTS to do the Strike is better than one who doesn't care and isn't commited. [spoiler]Lick my Omnigul Bond~[/spoiler]

I dont mind doing the strikes actually, But nothing is more of a letdown to see a purple drop, thinking............maybe, ..juuuuusst maybe i got that strike specific loot ive been waiting for. Then find out, its just a legendary class item. Its like all the ice cream in the world disapears at once.

2 OdpowiedziVanguard strikes are so boring, tedious and take forever to complete. I'd honestly rather farm patrols. They give more rep per hour too.

At the current light levels you should be able to solo those strikes pretty easily.

It's fine. I hardly notice when or how many leave. At most you have to play 5 minutes alone. You got this.

I've been fine. Must be bad luck with matchmaking. Find some people on an lfg site if you need to.

Drop rate is garbage Purple Engrams less light value than blue 3 of coins is virtually useless (used around 11 the other day with No return) People pull out, because most of the strikes are far too long with little to no return Plus they all want Winter's run for a Shotgun that's just re skinned? Struggling to see the point of them at the moment, feel they've been left behind

Did 3 in a row yesterday to level up vanguard. Got 3 excoits one in each. Whoooo. Nobody pulled out. Some are confusing if that's the right thing to say. So people leave? One of the new ones where you have to chase the boss around people give up looking for him and leave. He goes up ontop and into the hill

4 OdpowiedziNot only do people leave, the strike specific drop rates are trash. After 1-2hrs you might get lucky and get some crappy gun from the darkblade. If only they brought back reforging so we don't have to grind months to get a good roll on an imago lope. MAKE DESTINY GREAT AGAIN!!!!!

3 OdpowiedziThe problem is the map rotation, cuz sometimes you can get Black garden, dust palace, black garden, etc. If they fix the map rotation, then people won't quit as often! :D

12 OdpowiedziIf you can't solo strikes efficiently by now, you're doing it wrong. If you don't have friends to run strikes by now, you're doing it wrong.

Soloing heroic strikes are easy af. All the enemies have drastically reduced health as compared to 3 guardians being there. Also with just a little bit of knowledge about crowd control tactics it makes even easier.

1 OdpowiedźEven if someone quits you'll mostly get somebody else joining. Even I have been dropped right into a boss fight straight, happened on the saber strike. The poor guy who was playing had like 250 kills but still hadn't quit.

Solo them... Ain't hard. People join eventually, or if they dont, solo it.

I quit strikes if i see 1 or 2 guys quit because of that problem that bungie wont put a replacement guardian fast in the game. I would love to sit one day and play 1-2 hours str8 doing strikes i dont mind doing same strikes back to back, all i want is to rank up my vanguard faction and get some purp/gold engrams on the side.
