I think everyone is trying to find the taken archon strike. I still haven't done it but I'm not one to leave people stranded as it sucks when it happens to you. It's an active,trend right now. It blows

I've gotten it a couple times just another ridiculously long strike the fight is captains and the boss shooting you every 5 seconds with that blind bubble thing and when you think The shotgun dropped it turns out to be a legendary special engram

ive gottin it about 10 times already and the taken shotty 3 times horrible rolls i infused them

Is the taken archon a random playlist? I can't seem to end up on that strike.

yes but you wont know its taken until you get to the middle part of the strike you skip the beginning then you end up in the area where you need your ghost to unlock the door if it unlocks instantly then you got the Taken Scheme if it takes a while then your boned... its random i guess its RNG'd strike

Actually you know it's taken when you arrive to the cave entrance of the no respawn and theres taken thrall fighting fallen. I had a scenario where the taken fought the vandals in the beginning but when it came to defending dinklebot we where fighting Vex. But it still led to taken archon so middle section doesn't quite matter. Only the beginning.

not true i saw that a few times and ended up being the regular archon... you know its definate if the door opens right away

Ok cool thank you for clarifying. I appreciate it a lot. Hopefully I get to do that strike soon. I watched the video on YouTube and it looks pretty cool plus back in the day. Archon priest was my fave strike.

Where you enter in that's where you camp with a sniper, all the taken big balls of slowness are everywhere. You also get major taken cabal and minotaur towards the end so play safe.
